Many people don’t understand that God can tell Taiwo not to do something and instruct Kehinde to do it.. i.e the fact that God tells u personally that u shouldn’t do something does not mean it has become a rule for everybody…

We have so many ways in which christain nowadays judge each other and directly or indirectly participate in DISCRIMINATION. I will only talk about one of it and trust God for more revelation of his word to everybody that read this.

NOW LET ME EXPLAIN BETTER USING THE BELOW EXAMPLE

God Gave Apostle Ayo Babalola instruction that in his church using of earring and jewelry should be banned. That was a clear instruction which means as long as u a are C.A.C member u are wrong if u make use of jewelry and earring, but that does not mean if u see someone maybe like a member of LIVING FAITH CHURH using it, then u should condemn the person and start seeing d person as a sinner, because what makes you righteous is not ur dressing, its not ur work or service for God, Righteousness is a finished work for those that belief in God i.e Righteousness is by Faith, you cant add to it or subtract from it (Check Romans 3:22 )…

We should be able to differentiate between human doctrine and Bible doctrine, looking at d root of the issue of earring and jewelry, studying the book of Exodus well, u would find out that earring and jewelry was not d issue with God it was the heart of the isrealite that God was dealing with.

Let’s CHECK THROUGH SOME VERSE OF THE SCRIPTURES AND SEE WHAT GOD SAID ABOUT IT

 

• Exodus 3:22: but each woman shall ask of her neighbor and any woman who lives in her house, for silver and gold jewelry, and for clothing. You shall put them on your sons and on your daughters. So you shall plunder the Egyptians.”
• Ezekiel 16:8-14: 8 “‘Later I passed by, and when I looked at you and saw that you were old enough for love, I spread the corner of my garment over you and covered your naked body. I gave you my solemn oath and entered into a covenant with you, declares the Sovereign Lord, and you became mine.9 “‘I bathed you with water and washed the blood from you and put ointments on you.10 I clothed you with an embroidered dress and put sandals of fine leather on you. I dressed you in fine linen and covered you with costly garments.

  11 I adorned you with jewelry: I put bracelets on your arms and a necklace around your neck,

  12 and I put a ring on your nose, earrings on your ears and a beautiful crown on your head.

  13 So you were adorned with gold and silver; your clothes were of fine linen and costly fabric and embroidered cloth. Your food was honey, olive oil and the finest flour. You became very beautiful and rose to be a queen.

  14 And your fame spread among the nations on account of your beauty, because the splendor I had given you made your beauty perfect, declares the Sovereign Lord.

 

We shouldnt forgot that The Israelites donate their jewelry and other precious assets to help build the tabernacle in (Exod. 35:22).

Now can we say God is actually against using of jewelry? Hmmm answer it in your heart, I pray may the lord Give us understanding…..

NOTE: God is coming for a united church, your denomination is not what guarantees heaven,(it is your relationship with God.. Do not judge anybody, don’t see yourself as the most righteous person because of the way you dress or your service for God. man sees the body but God sees the Heart…

Moral: Righteousness is by Faith, u cant add to it or subtract from it (Romans 3:22 )
